We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. Nice hotel with friendly staff very close to the Ski area. I felt particularly treated nice by the staff even though I was there for the first time and only one night. I felt the value of our money was very appropriate. If I had stayed more time there I would’ve just walked up to the skiing. I got what I wanted
This place and surrounding area was very beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. Next time we will stay at least a week so we can enjoy every thing this place had to offer.

Our stay was perfect. Room 110, a three-person room at the back, is new, with a superb mountain view from the bathroom. The owner is very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was adequate and sufficient for us. The Wi-Fi is not adequate at the back of the building, and the owner provided a box that worked very well.
