Will at Hotel Zoe took great care of us. We stayed here July 12-14. Service was above and beyond. He helped us out with many things. Our last night, we lost a wallet in the street. 2 wonderful Berliners saw our room card, went to the hotel and waited 45 minutes until we came back. Will waited with them and helped to track us down. This is definitely one of my best experiences in traveling to Europe. What a beautiful setting, convenient and so close to all of the museums and attractions. You can walk over to fine restaurants, concerts and art exhibitions at the Museum Island. The weather was perfect in August. The city is full of history, art and culture. The people were so friendly wherever we went, and the food was exquisite just about any restaurant the we ate.
Very nicely appointed studio apartment with a lot of space. Location is central with quick access to the U and S trains at Potsdamer Platz. Excellent location for the Philharmonie and Kulturforum.
We only stayed one evening, but the hotel was convenient to the Hbf and metro and easily walkable to dining and shopping. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The hotel staff were accommodating with luggage storage when we needed it after checkout. Would stay at this property again.

This was a great hotel with friendly staff who were readily available to help us! We stayed in the penthouse suite on the top floor. It had beautiful views, a kitchen, and a dish washer! We actually ended up extending our stay! I would definitely consider booking here again.
Although the room was quite small, we made do. We loved we could open the windows wide to let fresh air through, especially during this season when you want to ensure no germs are floating around. The highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet, that made up for any lack of space in the room. It was a proper thorough buffet with delicious options. We will be returning to stay here just for the buffet.
Room was modern and clean, would happily stay here again. But could not get heat to turn down using system dial, had to turn off system completely and open window in order to not be covered in sweat. I stayed during cold temps, 2-6 celsius. The bar/lounge on the 10th floor is nice, had a dinner and drink there one evening. Location itself is good for walking to many restaurants and a couple parks. I was here for work and it was good for my needs.
