Helpful staff, both cleaning and front desk. Handy location to Secret Recipe (wide variety, takes VISA) and coin laundry. A quick walk toward town gets you to the taxi stop, park, bus station, post office and department store. Just beyond is the large traditional market and jetty. Can't complain about the walk, because the hotel we stayed in in the Chinese district was often noisy, although close to the market.

We booked two rooms for our stay at this hotel. We loved that the hotel was very close to Kuala Terengganu's Chinatown. Hence finding food wasn't an issue. The 24-hour convenience store right next to the hotel was definitely a plus. Finding childhood snacks in there was a bonus. Reception employees were very nice and courteous.
