If you like quiet time surrounded by flowers and greenery, hang out at Ishiyama Green Space in Minami Ward. Our travelers also like this walkable area for its restaurants. Want to stretch your legs some more? Head to Takino Suzuran Hillside Park and Nishioka Park, both nearby.
Minami Ward is home to Ishiyama Shrine, so why not stop by during your stay in Ishiyama. It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander.
Staffs were friendly even there was a language barrier but they tried their best to communicate with us. Room was decent but don’t expect plenty of space. Hotel was next to the main avenue leading to Sapporo station so it’s very vibrant at night, also close to shopping places and food plazas, many local restaurants that are tourists friendly. For laundry there was a coin laundry right behind the 7-11.
Room was clean and the mattress and pillows were more comfortable than we expected. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We extended our check out time and that process was very easy as well. Would stay here again.

Room was considerably smaller than our room in Shibuya, but it was 1/5 the price. Clean and in good shape. Only big downside was lack of pillows and a very hard mattress. Could not figure out the AC - never seemed to blow cold even after deciding the instructions. Thankfully it's 0° in mid March, and they have a nice...
This was a nice stay, within easy walking distance to Odori Park, lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and our room was clean. We would definitely stay here again.
우선 이번 여행은 약 20년 만에 다시 방문한 삿포로였습니다. 이번 여행은 부부 여행으로 모든 것을 제가 인터넷을 통해 하나부터 열 가지를 정했습니다. 'Hotel Emion Sapporo'도 삿포로 역에서 가깝고 보기에 깨끗해서 인터넷으로 예약했었습니다. 2박 3일 동안 정말 깨끗한 시설에서, 게다가 청소까지 너무 잘해주어서 상쾌하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 대욕장도 편리했고, 편의 시설인 세탁기도 사용하기 쉽게 관리되고 있어 좋았습니다. 조금 안 좋았던 것은 아침식사가 너무 맛 있어, 제 양보다 많이 먹게 되었고 몸무게가 1.3kg 정도 늘었다는 것입니다. 아무튼 집 사람과 둘이 행복하게 삿포로를 즐길 수 있는 기반이 되어준 호텔이었습니다. 다음에 방문할 기회가 온다면 또 예약하고 싶은 호텔이었습니다.
Onsen was a huge bonus. But it's closed from 10am to 3pm everyday. I guess it's for cleaning. Huge numbers of visitors uses the onsen everyday so that's probably why. They are generous with their hotel amenities. There is even 2 microwaves in the lobby. Hotel room was very warm (because of winter and centralized AC) and you can't open the windows which was not very convenient. Asked for fan over the phone but they dont understand. Had to go to lobby and show them a picture of a fan. They quickly...
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke very good English. The room was nice and clean. Location is about 5min walk from the bus/train station and 15min walk from major shopping/dining area.
We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko.
