"Staff were so friendly and we were so happy with breakfast. Taking a bath in public bath was delightful too. This hotel made us want to come to Fukuoka again. Thank you. 🙏"
"Clean and spacious room, amazing staff, beautiful view. The hotel itself is a little dated but we really enjoyed our stay there nevertheless. The staff is incredibly helpful and lovely. "
"The breakfast was better than expected given the budget price of the stay. The location is very close to the station with convenient store nearby. The staff was dedicated to solve the enquiries. Will choose to stay here again if going to Saga again."
"I gave 4 mainly for their location, easy access to most of the places. The bus stop is literally in front of the hotel, there are 2 convenience stores and a drug store nearby. The famous food stall street is also close to the hotel. The washer n dryer Def comes in handy. The only thing I dont like is their pillows, it was way too soft."
"Great Location just by Hakata Station. Good spread of western and Japanese breakfast items. Great outdoor space on 5th floor terrace to enjoy happy hour."
"Hotel is new and comfortable.
Location is excellent few walking steps away to Akasaka subway exit.
Food store Reganet Cute opens 7am to 22pm just opposite to hotel, no need to go around for convenience stores.
The restaurant may not be a good option but Starbucks, MacDonald, Yoshinoya, Komeda just at the near cross section."
"Excellent location . Walking distance to major dept store and underground shopping street . Ramen and BBQ just around the corner . Staff are extremely helpful and with good English. "
"First time in Japan, travelled as a couple from Busan, South Korea.
Pros:
1. Excellent location for first time in Fukuoka. Easily walkable to Hakata and Tenjin too. Nakasu has lots of good food options, Tenjin has excellent shopping. Safe to walk at night.
2. Hotel room reasonably priced for 4 star hotel. Loved the Toto bidet toilet. Rooftop onsen was a revelation, so peaceful and relaxing.
3. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. All my requests were cheerfully and efficiently done.
4. Room...
"A lovely clean, spacious and modern hotel in walking distance of Hakata main station. Clean, safe and quiet local area and would highly recommend! Staff were friendly and welcoming too. Our only downside was that there were only 2 pillows on the bed, 1 each for 2 guests sharing a double bed, and unfortunately there were no extra available when requested which lead to a restless nights sleep."
"Spacious room & good location. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The daily breakfast was excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again if I come back Fukuoka"

Perfect for families. This location is right on the edge of lively areas but just a short walk to everything you want or need for kids and adults. The staff was also very helpful and we’re happy to accommodate every step of the way with the best attitudes.
We love the location, the staff, and the decent sized rooms here - we’ve tried a few other places in Fukuoka, but this is the hotel we end up coming back to
The hotel staff from registration to exit were all completely helpful and polite. They assisted this American traveler with various questions about location of places, how to get cabs and always had a friendly smile when coming in to the lobby.
The breakfast, included in the price, was ample and delicious.
This hotel is close to a major shopping mall and the Hakata JR Station (also a stop for the Shinkansen as well). The staff were very friendly and also very accommodating. The rooms were of decent size for Japanese standards. The room looked a little dated, but at least it was clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. When we shipped our luggage to the next hotel, the hotel staff were able to tell us the price, filled out the paperwork for us and let us know when to expect it. They...
Nice large hotel with all the amenities. It’s been halfway updated as you will see by the yellow tubs and yellowy walls. Bed a litt flat for me but a nice room nonetheless
