"I gave 4 mainly for their location, easy access to most of the places. The bus stop is literally in front of the hotel, there are 2 convenience stores and a drug store nearby. The famous food stall street is also close to the hotel. The washer n dryer Def comes in handy. The only thing I dont like is their pillows, it was way too soft."

Pros:
1. Excellent location for first time in Fukuoka. Easily walkable to Hakata and Tenjin too. Nakasu has lots of good food options, Tenjin has excellent shopping. Safe to walk at night.
2. Hotel room reasonably priced for 4 star hotel. Loved the Toto bidet toilet. Rooftop onsen was a revelation, so peaceful and relaxing.
3. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. All my requests were cheerfully and efficiently done.

"A lovely clean, spacious and modern hotel in walking distance of Hakata main station. Clean, safe and quiet local area and would highly recommend! Staff were friendly and welcoming too. Our only downside was that there were only 2 pillows on the bed, 1 each for 2 guests sharing a double bed, and unfortunately there were no extra available when requested which lead to a restless nights sleep."

Perfect for families. This location is right on the edge of lively areas but just a short walk to everything you want or need for kids and adults. The staff was also very helpful and we’re happy to accommodate every step of the way with the best attitudes.

The hotel staff from registration to exit were all completely helpful and polite. They assisted this American traveler with various questions about location of places, how to get cabs and always had a friendly smile when coming in to the lobby.

Nice large hotel with all the amenities. It’s been halfway updated as you will see by the yellow tubs and yellowy walls. Bed a litt flat for me but a nice room nonetheless
