1 min. from the underground station and 1 stop to Haneda Airport terminal 3 . Very convenient for early flight , nice italian restaurant ang good food.

Property is close to Disney Parks. They have a shuttle in the morning and evening to train station near Disney. 5 minutes to Tokyo Disney, 15 to Disney Sea, though you can ride monorail for $300 yen, about $2 US as of this writing. 1 minute walk to Ikspirari, aka downtown Disney. The hotel was great all around. The transportation to Disney Parks was the deal breaker. So convenient! The shower/body products provided were wonderful. Perfect stay.

Right off from station. Only one station away from Tokyo Disney resort. They also provide shuttle service to Disney. Breakfast buffet was also good. It is cheaper add breakfast when you book the room.

The staff are very friendly. The room feels new and well maintained. Although the building is lacking a taxi pick up and drop off area, but there’s a monorail train station within a short walking distance.

I stayed here for 8 nights and loved this hotel so much. The service was so amazing, all of the front desk workers were so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the nearest station which was so convenient. It was also located next to a 7-11, Lawson, and Sunkus!!! I made daily trips there for inexpensive and tasty food/drinks. Loved our stay. I will say the room is very small for US standards but great for 2 people. Very accommodating and clean. Wifi worked well , no issues. Loved having the convenient store right downstairs ( great for late night snacks). Check out was super easy. Both bus and train station within walking distance. Would stay again

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel East 21. The hotel staff is very friendly, and helpful in all ways. The hotel services are excellent. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. There are many affordable shops and restaurants around. Disneyland can be accessed with ease from their good neighbor bus. A hotel limousine to the airport also stops at the hotel lobby. This hotel is my go-to whenever I'm in Tokyo. Will definitely go back here.

The property, value, and staff were excellent. We were also able to eat at a few restaurants in the area. It was a little difficult because the staff in the restaurants did not speak any English but the food was worth the stress. The only thing that I did not like about the hotel was the distance to the train station. This is a great hotel with only a handful of rooms and the staff workers are helpful. It feels more personal than larger name chain hotels. This is one of the few times where I found myself using all of their services, including a free drink bar, free bread and croissants for breakfast, a portable wifi rental box with 10gb a day for 700 yen, and a luggage delivery service they partnered with. We didn't spend much time at the hotel other than to sleep at the end of each day. Our room was clean and property was clean, though upon arrival their was bodily fluid in front of the steps from someone who most likely had too much alcohol. Check in was smooth as the staff used a translator to help transition the process, check out was simple and took less than 5 minutes.
