Super nice staff. Very quite place, and there's a grocery store right across the street. However, It seemed that I was the only one guest due to the off-season
We had an excellent stay at Eden Beach Hotel. The staff was fabulous. They helped us figure out which adventures to do to maximize our short time in the area. They also recommended some fantastic restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, the beach was very nice. I hope to stay there again.
When I say this hotel is a five star experience, it even feels like an understatement. From the staff to the view and the idyllic environment, The Theodore is perfection. I hesitate to even write a review because I worry it will get overrun with tourists, but not writing it would be a disservice to the hotel. It’s beyond expectations. A perfect place for a quiet beach stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. There is only street parking, but not hard to find, behind the hotel area. So many restaurants right there. Drove to the most famous Cretan beaches, but the local beach is also very nice. very picturesque. We could see the lighthouse from our window.

We could not have enjoyed our stay at Azade and Crete more. The location in old town is so convenient and close to all shops, restaurants and beaches. Staff were attentive, welcoming and knowledgeable. They even prepared us a breakfast to pick up when we had an early morning tour to Samaria Gorge. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. We loved our stay.
My and my boyfriend really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was hospitable and helpful, trying to make your stay comfortable. Our room was well-cleaned daily. It had two separate beds, one next to another, two bedside lamps, wardrobe, desk with two chairs, mirrror and little fridge. This is a really nice hotel for the price. The location is probably 30 mins away from the 2 best beaches on the island. Not to mention the location is also by a beach that has some great waves and even a soccer stadium with a track. It's also by some good resturants. breakfast in the morning was amazing and staff was super nice. Definitely give it a try. Oh and there are cats all over the place outside of the hotel that the hotel helps feed, pretty cool just watching cats come and go haha.
Parking was a bit of a walk (due to the location on the harbor it was not possible to park next to the hotel), but the beauty of the room, amazing view, and friendly staff more than made up for the walk.
Great location to walk around Chania Old town each night. Tholos restaurant is two door down and it has amazing food. Parking is a nightmare, but we loved the location and our little balcony that over looked our narrow side street. The owner and staff were amazing and very helpful.
It was an amazing experience at the resort. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and beach.
A few small improvements would make the experience even more consistent with a five-star hotel: adding extra towel or robe hooks in the shower area, installing a hygienic shower in the bathroom, and providing a capsule coffee machine in the room.
