"The room had holes and pen on the wall from a little kid and spa had hair in it and cuttlery was dirty beside that the bed was very comfortable and the spa bath was awesome once we cleaned it up will come here again "

The room was clean and well presented, it had all the amenities required and expected. Bathroom was immaculate and bedding was obviously freshly laundered. "The room was clean & a good size. Only ordered breakfast once & it was 1 hour late & missing some items. No butter for toast, not enough milk for 2 cereals. Maybe we were supposed to supply our own. Other visitors to the motel were very noisy - banging doors & the room above us sounded like had elephants in it"

"I understand things happen. But room was cancelled at very late notice which caused huge inconvenience. But what followed made me feel like I was being scammed not cancelling through the original channel. Asking for bank details to make a deposit had to follow up for days. Horrible service, horrible communication."
