I stayed in two different rooms between two nights. Both were very comfy, although the second one - the single twin bed - did not have an air conditioning unit even though they did provide a fan. Reception was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good with eggs and hash browns I could eat as a vegetarian, and there were nice event spaces and a front patio as well. I was there for a friend's wedding that took place nearby and was happy this was the hotel she chose.
Absolutely gorgeous accommodation. Clean, comfortable, safe and modern rooms in a wonderful old ~1600s-1700s building giving a unique rustic flair. Fantastic location right in the heart of Ampthill (which is the most adorable little town), with plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby. Food and drink at the White Hart itself were fantastic. Staff were lovely, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast included was an excellent added bonus. Very highly recommended and we hope to stay again in the...
Lovely, spacious room, with great A/C, which was well needed during a recent hour spell! The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. And breakfast was great!
The room was clean and the staff were excellent. There is a large sitting room off the reception area that is a great place to meet people or just rest with your party during the visit, which is fantastic. The only challenge was the fire alarm in the room had a VERY bright light that ultimately had to cover with a towel to get off to sleep. Also, the windows aren't great at drowning out the road noise, which is a common issue in hotels on these busy roads, so be sure to bring ear plugs with you....
