"First of all, Mac and Maria at the reception desk were amazing, in helping us with various matters that arose as a part of our stay and they were super friendly/professional. The spa was lovely, but only really beneficial/easily bookable if you are a IHG member. In fact, I'd say that this isn't the ideal hotel for anyone who isn't an IHG member. However, the rooms are clean, well presented and the hotel is aesthetically pleasing overall. The bedroom walls were somewhat thin and I could hear others talking in the room next door. The hotel is about a 20 min walk from the mall though and this is great for those who wish to shop and eat at different restaurants."

"My stay was nice. I booked this hotel for it had a hot tub. I was so looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub for I was touring Europe and was sore from all the walking. Unfortunately the airline lost my luggage with all my clothes. I had a spare change of clothes plus a pair of spandex shorts and a tank top. I was told by staff I had to have an actual swim suit. I found staff not to be very friendly or even to care that I lost my luggage. No help offered or recommendations on who to call or get help from. Came back later for dinner in there dinning room and waited a lot time before getting my meal. Even the waiter wasn't to friendly. Glad it was only 1 night or I would have went somewhere else. I don't think I'd ever go back poor customer service."
