We were fortunate to have beautiful weather so we spent some time on our terrace with coffee and pastries- the whole experience was just what we needed and we will be back.
Palazzo Della Rosa Prati is a charming, centuries old building located in the heart of the historic center of Parma. We had a two bedroom deluxe suite which was actually an apartment with a full kitchen and washing machine. The building is old, but the interior is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing. They helped us with dinner reservations and even arranged a cooking class for us. I highly recommend this hotel.
Property condition and room excellent. Feels new and fresh! Car a necessity. Service team mediocre, many not speaking English at all. Staff frequently indifferent and somewhat impolite to guests including me, by both US and European standards. Perhaps no such interaction training. (I stayed 5 nights.)

Most wonderful place to stay near Parma. Our hosts were incredible! Warm, inviting, helpful, informative. The historic farmhouse and grounds are gorgeous, serene, and Unique. Gardens, patios, and a beautiful barn now used for parties. Even a couple of sheep in a pen, and a handful of happy chickens wondering the gardens.
Our apartments were clean and comfy, including a full bathroom, well-stocked kitchen, and a clothes washer. The house is full of antiques, beautiful architecture, and history....
The room was clean and the staff was fine. The hotel is modern for the europe standards. AC was fine. The hotel is just beside the train stattion so is convenient in many ways. . The hotel is good and breakfast was excellent. Only aspect is that is a litlle bit far for center, but is just 10 block walk. Price was reasonable for the hotel.
We stopped at hotel Torino on our way from Tuscany to Milan. It was a very pleasant experience. Very conveniently located - at the very center of the city, yet not impossible to drive to, had parking right next to it, short walk to Cathedral, good internet in room, room nice size with comfortable mattress and good bathroom. Everything you hope for to comfortably spend a night. Great value for money.
