This is one of the most beautiful European hotels that we have stayed in. The ambiance, history, and warmth of the hotel is magical. Excellent hotel and great price, conveniently close to FRA airport. Hotel Shuttle provides access both ways. However to take it from airport you have to get to Terminal One Concourse B, exit the arrivals area, turn to your left and walk a ways to the end, turn left again and go to the Medical Center parking lot. Clean, safe and Amazing staff, we were greeted with a big smile which was so nice after almost 26 hours of traveling. The guy at the receptionist he is the best, also the supervisor, they were super helpful, providing us guidance in our first time in Frankfurt. Need to transit at main station to get on S8/9 to airport if you take U6 train. Need to make sure train is operating otherwise suggest to take Uber.
It’s a real gem!
The view from the outside is not particularly inviting, but on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful reception area. Light and airy, and very spacious - very welcoming. The straff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful.
The breakfasts were amazing, a wonderful selection, and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times fun and enjoyable.

This was perhaps the most ideal hotel I could have hoped to find for a brief overnight in Frankfurt. It’s ideally-located, sparkly clean, minimally-yet-thoughtfully designed. It’s simple, but comfortable. Has everything you need, and nothing you don’t. I’d most certainly stay here again.
