Everything was nice. The hotel staff was friendly. It's a basic hotel but that's all I needed. I had a room with no window which was also fine and I knew when I booked. I took away one star because I was a little concerned about a lamp in the room that would glow half bright during the night, which seems like something might be wrong with that wiring. I stayed here for three nights, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect—within walking distance of all the must-see attractions. Breakfast was included with the room, and it was always fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is located in the old town next to all the attractions. The location is great, the hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing and the rooftop bar is spectacular. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, Lan speaks good English and always ready to help, she scheduled a 3 days trip for us from A to Z, thank you Lan.
