"The hotel is a japanese hotel not located in Old Quarter, that makes it very quiet and away from tourists. The standards are up to what you would expect from a Japanese hotel: lot of amenities (including an onsen), free alcohol bar, japanese breakfast. I have tried the 90 min massage and it was the best 40 CAD that I ever invested, it was perfect. I will definitely come back"

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They got us appointments to get our eyelashes done and the place was amazing. They helped me call around looking for something at pharmacies and more. The rooms are fantastic with only an area rug under the beds so no icky carpet. When our flight was cancelled and we had to stay another night they were great at accomodating a nights stay and getting us into a room early and eazily. I would highly...
Veldig fornøyd. Stedet ligger mitt i sentrum og personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Takk til Mia og de andre. Jeg hadde klart å glemme igken noen ting som ville vært kjedelig å miste. Da jeg kom tilbake til Hanoi over 7 dager senere hadde alt blitt tatt godt vare på.
My stay at the hotel was just amazing.Upon arrival the check in was similar to the four seasons hotel. I was greeted by a stuff member with a drink who gave me an orientation. The Hotel was very clean and very attractive. The room was great clean and spacious.

The hotel is located in the old town next to all the attractions. The location is great, the hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing and the rooftop bar is spectacular. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, Lan speaks good English and always ready to help, she scheduled a 3 days trip for us from A to Z, thank you Lan. I am highly recommend the hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, they are not big but give you everything you need. Shower are great.
They treated us like family! We were on our honeymoon and stayed there 3 times. We had plenty of time to talk and get to know the staff and they are absolutely as genuine as they come. This is now the ONLY place we will recommend for those visiting Hanoi. Truly amazing!
