"Me and my wife went for a getaway and they were very respectful and nice and very clean and helpful"

"The room was okay, pretty spacious. The hotel was marked as non-smoking, and our room stank of smoke when we came back from a day in the city. We went calmly to the personale, and they didnt care at all, were of no help, and were very childish. The personale was not welcoming or anything at check-in either, and all the different people we met seemed to not care about their job. Location wise it was pretty far from everything (1 - 2,5 hours from main tourist attractions). "

"Overall, the hotel with the beachfront view and massage chair provided a wonderful experience! However, I was hoping for more breakfast menu options during my stay. I’m glad I chose the room with the great views!"

"The room was dirty"

"Good price, only 20 mins by taxi from BUSAN airport, the best breakfast"

"Great location near the airport for an early morning flight, Hotel provided shuttle service to the airport. The room was clean and the breakfast was good."

"The property was nice and lavish and quiet inside. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Many places to eat on the same street. "

"Hotel is a stone throw from busan station, good food and clean room, very good amenities"

"The staff greeted you with a smile and traditional Korean greeting. Cannot ask for a friendlier bunch, gs25 connecting and self laundry on site, ordered room service and was very fast and hot."

"Great location for the beach and other fun activities, plenty of food options around. Some of the best restaurants we visited in South Korea. Taxi stand near by. It was my first time using a virtual front desk, no problem at all with using the system. Door lock key code great for multiple people staying in a room. "

"Very helpful with late-night check-in. All was clean and tidy."

"A few nice restaurants very near the hotel. Walking distance to Songdo cable car station."

"Clean room and breakfast was very good"

"Central location and there is a lot of eateries and shops close by to the hotel."

"Great property and location."
