"Excellent resort. Public bath was great and included a whirl pool and massage chairs. Breakfast was delicious but the japanese dinner was phenomenal . The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to get to from the Hagi bus . Go anywhere in Hagi for 100 yen. We would high recommend to stay for more then 1 day to enjoy the amenities and the area."

"While the staff was friendly and helpful when a saw a large cockroach in my room, and they did change my room, I did not have a lot of confidence in the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was substantial, considering it was complementary."

"Nice new hotel 3* , three years old, modern design , very clean and Japanese minimalist. Onsen on building Breakfast was ok but nothing special Room was new well kept, with kimono in room. Lot of izakaya nearby Price was excellent considering its 50km from Hagi ceramic city. "

"the staff is very nice; but the hotel is kind of out dated, the wall in the room is fixed but didn't apply paint on it; but at least it is clean; all the rooms are located on 2nd floor and the hotel don't have elevator and we have to carry our luggages up and down; really hope they will renovate in the near future"
