Check in service was outstanding. They also arranged transportation to and from the airport for us based on the room we booked, which was a beautiful corner suite facing the ocean. Really enjoyed the view. Kids loved snorkeling and the water sports.

The staff was very helpful and super kind. The property view was amazing as well as all the extracurricular activities available to you. Conveniently placed in American village made it easy to walk to different t breakfast,lunch and dinner places, as well as shop and explore the culture.

We absolutely loved our room. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Highly recommend! Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Would stay there again!
Solid place. Great for the money, but downside was pool was advertised, but is closed for the entire season. They should take the pool off of the Expedia ad. It’s very misleading.
Great location, easy access to Ginowan and Naha. Having access to a car is important for this hotel. Family Mart right next door, which was very convenient.
The moon beach museum resort is a literal slice of paradise!!!! I would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat. Nice hotel, but looks little old, some part where in floor and are not fixed, the pool is nice too but because of corona it was open only evening, the transportation is not fluent around, you can use a Taxi to go American village. nice for children and family.
