It was a pleasant surprise arriving at Miss Morgan hotel, being treated kindly by staff and the room was lovely. I liked all the details and thought put into designing the room, the bathroom was so nice with the extra amenities and the bed and its linen was so comfortable. I didn't want to leave. I appreciate the little bonuses of coffee selection and bath salts on my room's floor, and also the breakfast pastries in the morning. I hope I can stay here again!
Hakone Suisen provided the best service I expected. The staff were really kind and friendly, the facility was clean and nice, onsen(both inside and outside) were great, and they even provided simple breakfast!
Onsen is not big as normally depicted in Japanese media(movie/drama) but the water source is outstanding.
Unfortunately, it is difficult to access other restaurants/cafe from the location by public transport, so I HIGHLY recommend you to enjoy your dinner at somewhere else before...
Breakfast was great and the nearby supersento was really a treat. The showerhead was very nice with multiple settings and great water pressure.
The parking looked good, the hotel was uphill from the station and the shuttle stopped at 8pm, but it was easy to go by bus from the nearby Hashimoto station.
The morning shuttle went to Hachioji Station, about 15 minutes away.
After the day being slightly hazy and enough so that we could not view Mt Fuji anywhere we were delighted to find on waking up and opening our HUGE picture window that overlooked the lake, FUGI-SAN! right there in full view perfectly clear as the view from our room.
Wonderful Hotel shuttle direct to Odawara station used to leave... If I had known that beforehand we would have also taken it from station to hotel. But we used the transport from our "Hakone free pass" which took alot longer....
The staff was incredibly helpful. They stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which allowed us to sightsee comfortably without our bags. They also offered a wonderful complimentary breakfast. place very nice, clean and convenient location to access to where we wanted to visit.
Great place, nice onsen, breakfast was also great, staff was nice too- a bit overwhelmed with repeated announcements about breakfast menu- I did appreciate the pride and enthusiasm though :))

The hotel is close to the station and near a convenience store as well as two rather large shopping centers within easy walking distance. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much!
Hotel is great. People were very friendly and the hotel is in good shape. The town is nice, but there is not much to do in walking distance. It is easy to drive to a car from here.
It's very hard to find a hotel in Kamakura so I look for another location which was around Ofuna station which is another stop up by train. When I arrived there, it was around 2pm. I had arrangements to have dinner with my fiance so they let me check in later and kept our baggage. When we came back around 6pm, they had already move our stuff into the room. What a plesant surprise!!! For the guys traveling, the razor they give you comes with shaving cream. That's a plus for me. I will be coming...
Set on top of a mountain with beautiful views and just a short distance from the beach, this was a wonderful place to stay! The location was peaceful and scenic, and the rooms were very nice, clean, and well maintained.
We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room with tatami floors, and our futons were already set up and ready for us when we arrived. The room was comfortable, charming, and gave us a great traditional Japanese experience.
