My fiance and I stayed here for 2 nights and had a very positive experience. The room was spacious and very quiet, also the room service food was well prepared and fresh, and served very warm. This ryokan was wonderful. The service was excellent and location to Niseko Annapuri was a bonus. First the ryokan. Positives were the large onsen, attentive staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The Kaiseki was delicious with a good variety. In comparison to other kaiseki menus we had in Hokkaido, this was tops for us. Only negatives was the rooms were a bit dated. "Shared bathroom" means the room had a toilet and sink, but now shower. But then again there was the great onsen. The website said...
