"The double room with 140cm-wide bed is actually 12meter square large, about the same size as many small hotel room in metropolitan Tokyo. If you have a lot of luggage, book a larger room. Other than that, the hotel staff, the neighborhood of Ofuna and the hotel are all good."

Great location next to station! No frills but good deal and clean room! Will stay again! Staff was very helpful and friendly! They stored my bags at checkout as I was attending Christian worship service a few blocks away. Great recommendation from a local friend!

We’re just starting a 3 week trip in Japan, and wanted somewhere relaxing to stay in order to get acclimated. We couldn’t have found a more perfect place. Our room was lovely, the service level was amazing, and the location was exactly what we wanted. We didn’t want to leave!
I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room at the amenities that were included. This was a perfect location, 5 minutes.Walking distance to chinatown and the Port.
They have a beautiful rooftop Lounge and a bar in lounge on the twelfth floor A very friendly staff. However , make sure they understand what you're asking. Great place, nice onsen, breakfast was also great, staff was nice too- a bit overwhelmed with repeated announcements about breakfast menu- I did appreciate the pride and enthusiasm though :))

It's close to the train station, has a inconvenience store, a couple of restaurants in the same building.

Close to Yokohama station. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around. Room was clean, neat, and quiet. Staffs there were all nice and helpful. Price is decent, too.
The Hotel New Grand is a historical landmark in Yokohama. The location is hard to beat. It’s across the street from Yamashita Park, blocks from China Town, the International cruise terminal, 15 minute walk to Yokohama Stadium and good access to train system.
Only down note is Hotel. Ew Grand needs to upgrade pillows, they were extremely uncomfortable.
