The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities.

I couldn't use the laundry because they weren't removing clothes from the machines; the employees were using them, and I think they should be for guests only.
