We wish we could give 10 stars! This was one of the most amazing hotel experiences we have ever had across multiple trips to Europe. Not sure how we fell into this boutique gem but glad we did. Clean, well maintained, beautifully appointed, everything is modern and works as expected! The location is ideal to explore Pistoia. The train is a very easy 12 minute walk. We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Roma. All hotel employees were very kind and helpful. Armond (spelling?) was most helpful and full of happiness. Out of the five hotels we stayed in, this was the only one with an elevator. Easier on the knees and legs. We chose this hotel because it was close to the hometowns of my grandparents. The hotel was very quiet and clean.. Hopefully, we can stay here again someday.
