It was an amazing experience at the resort. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and beach. A few small improvements would make the experience even more consistent with a five-star hotel: adding extra towel or robe hooks in the shower area, installing a hygienic shower in the bathroom, and providing a capsule coffee machine in the room. This is a really nice hotel for the price. The location is probably 30 mins away from the 2 best beaches on the island. Not to mention the location is also by a beach that has some great waves and even a soccer stadium with a track. It's also by some good resturants. breakfast in the morning was amazing and staff was super nice. Definitely give it a try. Oh and there are cats all over the place outside of the hotel that the hotel helps feed, pretty cool just watching cats come and go haha.

An extremely friendly and professional service. The property is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean. The food variety is amazing, catering for all tastes. We took an All Exclusive package. EVERYTHING was included!! Highly recommended.

When I say this hotel is a five star experience, it even feels like an understatement. From the staff to the view and the idyllic environment, The Theodore is perfection. I hesitate to even write a review because I worry it will get overrun with tourists, but not writing it would be a disservice to the hotel. It’s beyond expectations. The hotel is clean and quiet and has everything you need during your stay in Chania, including parking. The people are very kind and it's very easy to move around between Kalamaki, Chania town and Platanias by car or bus. The pool area is very relaxing.

We could not have enjoyed our stay at Azade and Crete more. The location in old town is so convenient and close to all shops, restaurants and beaches. Staff were attentive, welcoming and knowledgeable. They even prepared us a breakfast to pick up when we had an early morning tour to Samaria Gorge. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. We loved our stay.

Parking was a bit of a walk (due to the location on the harbor it was not possible to park next to the hotel), but the beauty of the room, amazing view, and friendly staff more than made up for the walk.

Very nice city hotel , clean, quiet and comfort. Close to the city center , around 6-8 minutes walking and only 2 minutes from Koum - Kapi. Friendly stuff, especially Katerina at the reception. I highly recommend Hyperion City Hotel.

Great staff, very clean facilities, well organized

The hotel was conveniently located in the old town. The rooms and facilities are modern, considering it was an old building. It had a rooftop garden that had a great view of the Venetian port, especially at night.
