"Brilliant overnight stay. Very close to the road, so a little noisy as we had to have the windows open. Shower had a very weak flow. Breakfast wad lovely, hot and fresh. Staff, very polite and helpful. We felt having to pay to park at the hotel we were staying in was unnecessary, it should be included in the stay. Few negatives, but would definitely stay again"

"I had an excellent stay at Best Western Ilford. The check-in was quick and easy, and the reception staff were really friendly, polite and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely prepared, and I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is also excellent, with the station very close by, which made travelling around very easy. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and the service I received. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"Staff are very friendly, helped us sort out bus and train schedules and fastest route to get into London. There is a Lidl grocery store across the street, fresh pastries every morning made for fast easy breakfast if you don’t want to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. Shopping Center with Starbucks and McDonald’s is about a 5 minute, bus stops are within a 2 minute walk. We are a family of 4, visiting London for the first time so wasn’t sure how far away, but it is about 30 minute service to London Bridge Station from Bexley or Abbywood station."
