"It's beautifully situated and well designed hotel with tastefully decorated spacious common areas and hotel rooms. facilities are very good as well. Hotel staff are working hard to serve and meet custom's needs in great details. My family stayed there for 4 nights, we enjoyed every minute there. Also I would like to thank Ms. 庄 from the front desk of the lobby again for her effort to make my WeChat Pay possible since I am from Canada with some difficulties. "The hotel is a bit further out from central Shenzhen than I had anticipated (Shenzhen is massive). Still quite close to the nearest metro station so prepare for the long subway ride. My main disappointment was that the bathroom was not in very good condition when I arrived (after midnight, so my assumption is I was not expected) however on subsequent days the room was kept clean by the friendly aunties. They provide a stove, but no cooking equipment. Other than that its pretty decent"
