everything was as shown on the website, which is rare. the place was immaculate and the staff could not have been better. so friendly and helpful even though i could not speak any Thai. it was great. if i come back to Phayao i will definately stay there.
This hotel seems ordinary as a 3-star hotel but the staff is exceptional. The location is great for a night market walking distance on the weekend( I am not sure whether there is a night market on Monday through Friday.) Great shopping both food and others for souvenirs.
My wife and I live in the province, but about 30-35 kilometers from the city, so occasionally we like to come to town and stay overnight. The B2 is a nice low-budget option that we have used twice. The rooms are very clean and fairly spacious for the price. On our first visit, we had trouble getting the cable TV to operate, but in a different room on the next stay there was no problem. I was very impressed by the staff. One of them rented a motorbike to me for a reasonable price. The hotel sits maybe 3km from the village and I greatly enjoyed riding the motorbike back and forth. Anytime the staff was having a meal they offered me food. I will definitely come back to this hotel.
When we arrived, we did not realize that they had discontinued the elephant encounter. The owner / manager was so kind that he accommodated us with another elephant in excursion and transportation free of charge. The staff was super friendly and their rooms were excellent. I highly recommend this for a romantic getaway.
I had the most amazing stay here. Staff was amazing, property was clean and beautiful. It was so peaceful and delightful. I would stay here again and again.
