They ask you at what time you want your room cleaned everyday. You can enjoy two balconies in your room and the outside pool and jaccuzzi area are beautiful. Worth the price."

"Room was fine. I received no checkin instructions. Had to beat on the door for anyone to open it. Then they wouldn't give me the WiFi password so I could show my reservation as they had no idea. I arrived at 930 pm. Didn't get into the room until 1100. It was a mess. Steer clear."

"Great place to stay in Panama City! Gorgeous views from the ocean side of the hotel, nice rooftop pool and gym. The breakfast was also great. We loved that it was attached to the Pacific Center (arcade, bowling alley, restaurant and more). Overall I would stay there again!!"

"Review checkin process. Find entry codes and details about key fobs. Find out if there is construction next door as i was awaken every morning at 7am by construction noise. Verify everything works upon entry and request immediate fix. I was without internet for a day and had to wait various days for repairmen to come fix things without having a set time for their visit.
