"The hitel in a very central location. Right at the main square near all shops , banks, money exchange places, historical locations and restaurants. The employees were very helpful, that customer service. The restaurant has delicious food and the setting is very traditional and classy. I enjoyed the cleans and comfortable rooms. The sauna was the cherry on top. I highly recommend this place to stay. "

"I will grade this hotel based on a 2 star hotel. The lady that runs the hotel was amazing. She took me to park my car in an offsite secured lot and brought me a cooked to order breakfast and coffee to my room. The hotel is not new and fancy but it was quiet and clean. "

"Staff is very helpful and polite, made me feel like an VIP the whole time. Always asking if we needed anything. The place is near a history park from the time of the Spanish colonization. It could get noise on the weekends, but usually noise stops around 10pm and it is quiet after that."

"シングルを予約してましたが、ホテルの近くでお祭り？か何か催していて音がうるさいだろうからと大通りに面していない広い部屋にアップグレードしていただきました。 レセプションの女性はとても控えめですがこちらのリクエストには翻訳アプリを通じて快く応じてくれて親切で有り難かったです。 シーツは清潔で、エアコンはないが夜は扇風機で乗り切れた。ただ4日間の滞在中、ついに一度もお湯シャワーが出なかった… そういう仕様なのか？ ホステルという名前ですが普通のビジホなので共用スペースはほぼ無く、冷蔵庫とレンジは使いたいときにレセプションのスタッフに声をかける感じです。 ホテルの近くにはスーパーがあり、中心部には徒歩10分くらい。 ランドリーサービス有りとなっていたので依頼したところ、うちには無いから近くのラバンデリアに行って、とのことでした。"

"I never had this terrible customer service. The room wasnt ready. When my brother wanted to leave, they didnt allow him, keeping his luggage. they wanted him to pay the full amount .My brother was insulted on the top of that. Because he asked for hot water, they answered: we dont offer sauna.The breakfast is at 5th floor and NO ELEVATOR. I always stay at Costa Del Sol, but they were full. Costa del Sol is highly recommended. I can’t recommend to anyone Hotel Central. Worse service ever in...
