"Staff is very helpful and polite, made me feel like an VIP the whole time. Always asking if we needed anything. The place is near a history park from the time of the Spanish colonization. It could get noise on the weekends, but usually noise stops around 10pm and it is quiet after that."

"We loved Costa del Sol Centro, it is located at Downtown Trujillo, very close to everywhere. We took our daughters to play at night on the glowing cars. They had a blast. The hotel is beautiful, clean, the service was awesome. Susana at the Reception is an excellent host. We will come back in 3 weeks. Looking forward to❤️came back❤️"

"I will grade this hotel based on a 2 star hotel. The lady that runs the hotel was amazing. She took me to park my car in an offsite secured lot and brought me a cooked to order breakfast and coffee to my room. The hotel is not new and fancy but it was quiet and clean. "

"I never had this terrible customer service. The room wasnt ready. When my brother wanted to leave, they didnt allow him, keeping his luggage. they wanted him to pay the full amount .My brother was insulted on the top of that. Because he asked for hot water, they answered: we dont offer sauna.The breakfast is at 5th floor and NO ELEVATOR. I always stay at Costa Del Sol, but they were full. Costa del Sol is highly recommended. I can’t recommend to anyone Hotel Central. Worse service ever in...
