"The customer service, the spacious clean rooms, and the location cannot be beat. Then is by far the best hotel that I’ve stayed in while in New York City. The kids even said the pull out sofa was comfortable! Just so helpful and friendly and always checking on us to see if we needed anything. This will be the only place I stay in NYC from now on. "
