"Very clean and great staff . Delicious breakfast !"

"Great place, wonderful service"

"Clean and well place. Good stay."

"The room was beautiful and it was really clean. The area of the hotel is also very beautiful with all the trees and plants everywhere. Perfect location in my opinion, the stores close around 9pm and it's quiet after sun fall. San Juan and San Pedro is only 10-15 ferry ride. It was an excellent stay and the staff were very helpful with our luggage."

"Absolutely loved staying here! The view was unreal, the pool and spa were nice and relaxing, and the food/drinks were great. I fell in love with Lake Atitlan and would stay at Kula Maya for every returning visit."

"Beautiful place, excellent service, the restaurant has the best food in all Lake Atitlan area / villages. "

"Alexis Marlo and Eric were excellent hosts. We would highly recommend this place to stay if you want a quiet relaxing spot. "

"I did enjoy my stay in this hotel. The owner is very nice. He speak quite good English and he can be very helpful. They do have a pool. They do have a breakfast in the hotel as well. It cost. My hope was very pleasant and quite large."

"Nice place close to restaurants and attractions "

"Awesome view of the lake. Nice pool area and garden. The breakfast and restaurant are also great but opening hours are a bit so so."

"Amazing customer service, attention to detail Lucy, Pablo and staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great and pleasant experience. "

"The location was excellent and the hotel restaurant was very good. The staff was also outstanding "

"Would not recommend to stay here. The staff is not trained in hospitality and the hotel itself is WAY OVERPRICED!! Even at half cost I would not stay here again. No phone reception in the area and NO wifi in the rooms. Stayed on a business trip and one of three rooms had heavy mold stains and the room itself was not properly cleaned. It is also located right next to a noise highway, so you hear cars and noisy public transport at all times. Found out when paying that if you book on other sites...

"Friendly staff. Clean room (we stayed in a bedroom with private bathroom). Good internet. Parking off site. Well located. Easy walk to lake front, restaurants and street shopping. Do not quite understand a review we read from a person claiming to have travelled for 7 years and found the hostal one of the worst that she had been! We would certainly recommend this place for future travellers "
