"My hotel of preference when I visit Xela, not only for its convenient location, but because the property is beautifully maintained, the customer service is excellent and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and modern."

"Great location right across from the main park. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Very nice and clean hotel."

"Great location. Immaculate facilities. Helpful staff, very welcoming. Large clean room, comfortable, quality bathroom amenities and toiletries. Amazing breakfast menu. Brand new gym. Check the Americano breakfast, best I had anywhere I travelled in the last 10 years. Try their Quetzaltenango coffee."

"The suite is perfect for a couple. The place was super clean, right accross the street from the park. All the staff was friendly, especially the security guard."

"It was so pretty at night and very walkable to the Central Park!"

"Great value for the price, from my experience best place to stay at in Xela. Very friendly stuff, easy parking, super location"

"Great deal for the money. Very nice feel to the room and the common space. Very quiet. The big negative - when we got there, no one was there. When we called no one answered. It's Guatemala. so we went for a coffee. When we finally got an answer, the guy was wonderful, friendly, and explained he'd been somewhere else. And once we got inside it was much better than i expected for the price. Will stay every time i go to Xela."

"Really cute place. They went the exta mile on the "vintage" decor. The hotel cafe was a nice amenity and very convenient. The parking was secure too and we were able to walk to several nice coffee shops, the park and restaurants."

"We really enjoyed our time at Entre Cerros. There were 7 of us in one cabin but with 2 bedrooms and a loft, there was plenty of room. The small kitchen was helpful. There was a coffeemaker and good coffee, although we really needed a larger water filter. Cookies were on the table when we arrived and firewood was placed beside the outdoor fire pit for our use. The restaurant was better than expected, both breakfast and dinner. Our waiter, Cesar, did a great job serving us and making it special....

"Fully furnished, 2 bedroom apartment. Great for a family visit to Xela. Only a 5 minute to the central park. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Un lugar muy hamplio y cómodo para desacansar "

"It cUsed many problems to get another booking, cause the hotel is out of service.I went and it’s closed. Apparently, a shopping mall will be built soon. I think it would be very good that you make updates to avoid these inconvenients to your customers. I hope the vredit card iwas not charged. The bank says they aren’t responsible for this and still it cannot be seeen on the ststement of account. First time I have this inconvenient. May you help me finding out about payment? Thanks a lot. "
