"Beautiful hotel, staff and room were great. Complementary buffet breakfast rivalled a 5-star resort. A bit pricey at hotel bars and restaurant but that is to be expected in a down-town premium hotel. I would definitely stay again."
"The breakfast was extraordinary, tasty flavorful. The service at bazaar by the staff was accommodating and helpful. The view from my room was spectacular. I found the staff to be well mannered and approachable. I will visit again."
"Well priced hotel with a small pool area which was nice. Breakfast is not included but there is a 24-hour cafe in the building. In a great walkable area for shops and restaurants."
"Breakfast was traditional Panamanian fare, mixed with the usual egg offerings, and the based goods were of good quality, also having salad available was a nice touch.
The staff were multilingual, knowledgeable and friendly, and housekeeping did a great job.
Overall the property is comfortable and convenient. "
"Nice place for spending a vacation! Beautiful pool with tropical plants (needs a bit more maintenance), friendly staff, a good breakfast buffet and great coffee."

My family enjoyed a wonderful visit. While checking in we made plans for the entire holiday. This allowed us to see not only Panama City, but also to visit beaches and other historical sites. The hotel restaurants were excellent with great service. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were new and spotless. We look forward to future visits!
Casa Bianca was very spacious for our 10 person group. Beautiful place and clean, 4 bedroom 2 bath. Property manager was very responsive. Easy entry and exit. It is around 30 minute drive to PTY airport depending on time of day. We left at 6am and it took 30 minutes. Later in the day could take longer. The price was perfect! Thank you Casa Bianca! I loved the high ceilings!
The property is in a great location to be able to walk surrounding areas. The staff was great in assisting and the room was very clean and quiet. Great place to stay
Definitely not fancy but very adequate clean and good people. I think I made a lifelong friend with one of the staff people. Plenty of things to eat within a 15 minute walk. When I layover in Panama City, I will definitely stay here again.
I loved my stay at this hotel. While the room was great and the breakfast excellent what sets this hotel apart from other hotels is the staff.
I want to particularly mention Diego and Alejandra who made my stay feel like I was l staying with friends. Gracias!
It was amazing. Breakfast was great, hotel was super clean, the spa service was amazing too and the people that works there super helpful and super nice. Definitely I would come back any time I need to go to Panama.
My mom and I stayed two nights. The room was clean, and we could do an early check-in. It has a convenient location, is in the city's heart, and is close to a pharmacy, convenience store, and subway station.
The room and the hotel were clean, modern, and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
Our experience was pleasant; I'd choose it again.
I loved my stay at this hotel. I stayed at this location when it was the Veneto over 12 years ago, & it wasn’t very good for a number of reasons. I am so glad to report that The Waymore is now my favorite hotel in Panama City & I’ve been going to Panama City 1-2xs a year for over 20 years. The location near the metro, good restaurants, markets, Via Argentina (& all it has to offer) are huge advantages. The staff was extremely courteous & spoke English well. The room was spectacular (a junior...
Beautiful hotel, centrally located and very friendly and comfortable. The rooms are gorgeous with a view of the bay. The staff was amazing and Sáquela restaurant is outstanding. Highly recommend the Hilton Panama.
My family and I--6 people, in total--traveled to Panama City for a week. Here are what I think are the pros and cons to staying here:
PROS:
(1) The hotel itself is exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the bathrooms to the actual rooms to the pool/spa area to the dining/bar area, all were clean.
(2) The hotel staff are what make this hotel stand out. I have traveled all over the world and I have never encountered such KIND, HELPFUL, PLEASANT, KNOWLEDGABLE hotel staff. They always greeted us...
Large clean room, large clean hot shower bathroom with plenty of towels, tissues, toilet paper & blow dryer… oh! & toiletries too … pleasently surprised❣️ GREAT for the price, the style of the furniture is from “back in the day” but it had a charming feel and in good condition. Everything looked very clean.
The only difficult I had had nothing to do with the hotel. Iglesia del Carmen metro station is in walking distance to hotel and you can take metro to airport with 2 changes (3trains total)...
Our experience with the staff of the Renaissance Hotel was indescribable. The entire staff starting with the front desk, the restaurant, housekeeper, concierge it made us feel welcomed since day 1. We spent 16 days and everyday was like day 1. I definitely recommend without doubt the Renaissance Hotel. Your money will be very well spend and you will be grateful, location is also a plus located in one of main avenue in Panama with walking distance for shopping and entertainment.
