2/10 Terrible

"The 2 rooms we had had a terrible smell, one worse than the other of smoke and they were non-smoking rooms. My room had several pieces of hair in the tub, chair cover was dirty and had dried white stuff all over it and wouldn’t sit on it. We had to spray everything down with Lysol and went and bought Clorox wipes and bathroom cleaner before I felt ok to use them. Had to wipe down both refrigerators that were dirty before we could use them and anything else that could be wiped. The desk chair material seat had stains on it and sprayed with Lysol before I felt I could sit on it. They had continental breakfast but from the cleanliness of the rooms we didn’t want to eat there. We were from out of state for a convention and this was one of the last available hotels within a 35 mile radius. I would not recommend this hotel at all. I e stayed at many Wyndham’s and they were all very nice and clean hotels. NOT THIS ONE"

"Our check in and check out guy was very friendly (not so much the others over the weekend.) The room itself was clean. The property was mostly well maintained. But the complaints I have are that the pool was not usable (green) and there was no sign on the door to the pool to say it was not in service. Also it would be nice if Coffee was available more than just a couple of hours in the morning. A strange thing was they would take the used hand towels and wash cloths but not the bath towels and then not leave new clean ones! It was nice there is a restaurant right next door but only open from 7am -2pm. Got to go to breakfast- big portions and friendly service."

"The hotel was inexpensive, but unfortunately the overall experience reflected the price. Although smoking was prohibited, the room next to us smelled strongly of marijuana, making it seem like the policy was not enforced. There was noticeable water damage in the rooms, along with an unpleasant odor throughout the property. In addition, guests were smoking cigarettes and marijuana directly outside the front entrance, which made arriving and leaving uncomfortable. Overall, the property could benefit from better maintenance and stricter enforcement of its non-smoking policy."

"No front desk, all transactions were done remotely! If there was any issue, it would have to be done over the phone! Thankfully everything was fine, but I not a fan of getting instructions on my phone to check in! What if my phone wasn’t working or not charged since I was on the road! It was a wonderful room, but should be informed that there is no one at the hotel!"
