"Poor clean room service! Only change towels and sheets!"

"Room was so so. Faucet leaked all over the counter, there no way they weren’t aware of this. Toilet runs 24/7 and needs flushed about 3 times each use. Cleanliness wasn’t horrible or great. No impressed. Parking was confusing and when I questioned it ar check in, she easily encouraged paying with the room for parking but provided no instructions how to get in / out - I travel a lot and wasn’t aware to use rook key for that. There was some type of construction going on. Breakfast was a bit over piece for buffet but service was great."

"Great location, had free shuttles to the Universal Parks. The staff was very nice and helpful. Only thing was the awful smell on our floor, not sure if it was the humidity. Overall, excellent for the price and provided everything we needed. "

"The staff was super friendly and informative and went above and beyond to make our stay great! We Would definitely come back to this hotel. Location to the universal parks was perfect and the free shuttle services worked great! Also had a lot of stores and food within walking distance."
