"I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for my employees and they got to the hotel around 6:00pm and was told they had 1 room with one bed and the bathroom was broken and couldn’t use it! For three adult men after working all day. They said sorry go somewhere else even though I already prepaid! "

"I had reserved a king smoking room. I called the morning of the reservation to double check the reservation and was assured that I was indeed going to get that room. We we arrived we were told that I had explicitly asked for non-smoking. We showed the gentleman the confirmation on hotels.com and he refused to honor the smoking room."
