"The best hotel we stayed at during our Cairo-Aswan-Luxor trip. Very friendly staff, great facilities, tidy rooms and beautiful river front area to relax after a day of exploring. Great buffet for people though limited options for vegans, with poor dietary restriction notices on the food, though belatedly having spoken to the chef he said he would’ve made us something special during our stay had we made it know (so better to do that personally than rely on the waiting staff to make your plight known!)"

"We stayed in a family suite and were very pleased with how clean and spacious it was. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, which made the stay much more comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, so we had no trouble sleeping. The location is very close to the west bank ferry pier, which made catching the ferry super convenient. Breakfast was okay. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. One thing to note: there's no microwave in the suite. Instead, there's a gas stove connected to a gas tank, which works fine if you need to cook, but just be aware it's not the typical setup you might expect. Overall, a solid choice for families looking for space, cleanliness, and easy access to the ferry. "

"An excellent hotel offering all the amenities and services you would expect from a five star stay. However, the experience is somewhat spoilt by the persistent and rather annoying taxi and horse carriage drivers gathered at the entrance which unfortunately is the case for most of Luxor. It would greatly improve guest comfort if they were positioned further away from the hotel. Additionally, the presence of horse waste on the road leading to the entrance area is both unpleasant in appearance and smell, which impacts the overall impression. I understand this may be outside control of the hotel but thought I would mention it. "

"Good location, on West bank close to several eating options and easy access to private boats to cross to East Bank (100EGYP per boat). Roome big and clean, good water pressure in showers. Good view from terrace restaurant. But can be much better in terms of facilities provided. I did not get river view room despite specifically booking one for extra. Breakfast quite limited and despite being served on table per head, not hot. Refrigerator in room not cooling properly. No chair/tables in room. Do not provide any water bottles on check in day and no tea/coffee kettle provided either. "

"The hotel is old and somewhat disorganized and not that clean, the food is good and it has s good location. Please do not book any tours with them, they not only overcharge you and tell you everything will be perfect since they want good reviews but the truth is after you pay they never answer your messages, if they come to do the tours they are always late and for the hot air balloons me and my family woke up at 4 because it was supposed to be at 5 and no one from the hotel answer or the guy who I booked with yunis even pick up after 40 minutes to finally tell me it was canceled which was a lie because I found out balloons dud fly that day and he didn’t even book that just to make you buy a package that its not even reliable "
