"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable."

"HORRIBLE. DICEN QUE TIENEN SAUNA, SPA, GIMNASIO.. LLEGAMOS Y DICEN QUE NO TIENEN NADA DE ESO QUE LO ESTÁN "RENOVANDO" NO INCLUYE NI AGUA SIQUIERA. LES PONGO UN 0 !!"

"The room was really nice and the breakfast was amazing. I fully recommend this place and I'm sure to stay here the next time that I visit Cairo. Thank you!"

"Perfect place to stay and very friendly staff "

"Malak was very nice and helpful. She helped with laundry and complimentary lunch when issues happened. I recommend, you will be taken care off."

"I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift."

"Not good "

"It was very bad experience. It's nothing lik pic the carpet are really dirty the room super tiny the AC is not working the property is so old in everything furniture bedding. No shower gel or shampoo. The fridge is empty even no water bottles. i don't advise anyone to try it "

"Expedia does not even have a contract with this hotel! We arrived at 2:00 in the morning to no room and ended up walking around Cairo in the middle of the night until we could find another hotel ourselves. "

"Great and accommodating staff , would recommend "

"Very friendly staffs, clean room, nice location"

"Wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The suites were large and we really appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. The view of the Nile is breathtaking, especially at sunset. We also want to say a special thank you to Mr. Ahmed in Views restaurant- excellent!"
