The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift."

"The hotel is incredible, very clean and the breakfast is to die for. The area is the only thing I would mention to anyone; you should be in a taxi as soon as you step out as it is not the safest area."
