"Staff was very nice and helpful."

"I love the breakfast buffet, many choices"

"Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Fast check in and check out with electronic machine but with friendly staff to help make the copies of passport. Liked the idea that you need a room key to get in the elevator. Only weird thing was the faucet at the sink also became the controls for the hand held shower. Staff gave good recommendations of itzakaya across the street at the train station. Room was good size and the view of MT. Fuji was fantastic."

"good location near train station"

"Clean room. Staff struggled with English which is fine considering the price"

"Staff was really friendly and it’s gorgeous place. "

"Very friendly, professional staff, excellent breakfast included in the very reasonable price. Superb value for money."

"Clean room and glad for the open bar"

"The hotel is right beside the station which is really convenient!! Staff was very kind!!"

"The staff was very friendly, they can speak english fluently so there was no issues with communication. Was checked in and shown around the hostel by May, who was very kind and helpful. The area this hostel is located in is also very nice. Perfect location if you’re planning on doing paragliding with sky-asagiri, bus station only 2 mins away!!"

"I have a good time there. Good view as I can see Fuji mt."

"It was a very nice hotel and location for the price(right by an Aeon mall and the main Fujinomiya station). The staff was very friendly and even let me keep my luggage with them after i checked out. Very spacious and comfortable room. 10/10, best hotel i stayed at in Japan so far!"

"出張にて宿泊。 値段相応。 融通を聞いて頂き感謝。"

"For the price, this guest house is a steal! I solo travelled to Fujinomiya for one night and it was the best place I’ve ever stayed. The lady working there was so sweet and I will definitely be back there! "

"Overall you get what you pay for, probably the cheapest options in the area. Room is basic but super nice bathroom, big bathtub, strong water pressure and clean bathroom. However, it would be better if they can improve the room smell. I think they tried by placing with some air freshener inside the room. But there’re some damped smells, which stinks all my clothes and towels even they are in my luggage. Location wise- close to the shop strews and there’s a drugstore opened until midnight next...
