"Great location close enough to Atocha station, but far enough from the noise of the traffic around the station. And it was close to restaurants. The hotel room was small, but modern and clean. "

"The apartment was spotless although it is only convenient if you have a reason to be in this area of Madrid, not for tourism. The elevator didn't work when I arrived, which was inconvenient (only had to haul luggage one flight of stairs). The shower is amazing!"

"We have an excellent stay at Bob W Arte. The facilities provided were spotless, the staff courteous and attentive when required. It’s located within 5 mins walk of a super market, across the road from a food market, and within 10 mins walk of 3 Metro Stops. There’s a good coffee shop just next door and a couple of decent places to eat close by. It’s provided us with a good snap shot of Madrid living. Getting around Madrid was easy too. "

"Very relaxing hotel in La Latina district which is only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Madrid. Close to all attractions. Staff very helpful and willing to engage. Great breakfast with plenty of selection. The rooftop pool was most welcome with the 34 degree temperatures. Will definitely be back."

"In a neighbourhood with good food, close to Mercadona, essily walking distance to 2 metro stations. 2 stops away from Sol station. Laundry can only be done between 9am to 9pm, and is shared between 6 units. There are lockers for luggage if you arrive earlier."

"Great staff in all respects. Good was very good. Our room was wonderful other than the fan sounding like an airplane was landing, they are fixing it. A quiet room overlooking the inner court yard, quiet and lovely. Will definitely plan on staying there again when in Madrid. "
