"Great location. We enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended!!"

"Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was fantastic! If I ever return to Hamburg, I would return to this hotel!"

"Nice little boutique hotel away from the hustle, bustle and smog in convenient location. Hotel ticks all the boxes for us - free car park, free wifi with decent speed, clean, free simple breakfast with good variety, friendly and helpful staff. Only a few minutes easy walk to ferry terminal to go into Hamburg city - a good, cheap and convenient way of seeing the ports and harbour views. Love the little touches the hotel provided like free complimentary large sparkling bottle of mineral water and...

"Staff, bar, breakfest, place"

"Great hotel with excellent staff. The bed was nice and comfy, and the room was really well thought out. I will definitely stay here again when in Hamburg again"

"Very close to bus that takes you into Hamburg. Large rooms and everyone is very nice and helpful."

"The room was basic but very comfortable. The dark corridors were oppressive, and as a single female traveller I did not enjoy the difficult key code entry system. "

"Clean, very close to station, nice location. Actually same building and same reception as BW."

"The Hotel is close to the Train station. I was worried as the other reviews were not good but i had no issues. The hotel is quite old but the facilities were good. Breakfast was good. The Staff were helpful. "

"Close to the train station. In an area with a big mall and grocery store. Also many restaurants and shops. A very good area."

MFG"

"Excellent location. Very good breakfast. I would stay here again if I visit Hamburg"

"Great breakfast buffet and good restaurant. Well located."

"Good Breakfast Very nice bar to sit and relax !!"

"This hotel is amazing, from its history to its presence, traditional luxury and helpful staff, this property ticks all the boxes."

"Room was beautiful with a view over the canal, stylishly decorated and perfectly clean. For me the only thing missing was a kettle and some tea options for the evening."

"Clean room, helpful staff, good food, great location. We will be back."
