"It was our first time visiting Pen̈asco and everything in the hotel was very good, very clean, excellent service at the front desk, all the staff very attentive and friendly, they answered all our questions about locations with great kindness, very safe and we were able to park our car with security, the only drawback is that they don't have good wifi, even so I will back to that hotel on my next visit"

"Over all for the price it was great. You can hit the beach with a rock from the hotel. The menu at the restaurant was great and everyone spoke English enough to communicate everything. Would definitely recommend if you aren't sure where to stay and didn't want to pay a big price to come down and scope things out. Everything is about a mile from the hotel. Since it's part of Playa Bonita we were able to go eat at the resort next to the hotel. Not sure if you're supposed to do this but no one...

"It was great. Loved the large balcony and it was clean and equipped. On the negative side: TV had next to no program content. The mattress and bedding seemed sub-standard. The shower plumbing needed some attention. The star in this is the beach front location. "

The sofa bed was in terrible condition. Not comfortable at all and it was very old. The sheets and blankets to use for the sofa bed were dirty and dusty. "beware of condos like this they tell you are condominiums and ate tented as condominiums but then latter tell you the are hotel rooms which makes a great difference on not having washing machine kitchen etc. whe they say hotel room they dont provide with room service as expected in a hotel , also the ate no phones in the room. towels are just 2 for showering and you have to take care of washing them."
