"Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr schöne Zimmer mit sehr schönem Bad. Ich habe im Nebenhaus gewohnt. Das sehr gute Frühstück gab's im Haupthaus,ca 100 m entfernt . Parkplätze genügend vorhanden in kurzer Distanz."

"Clean and suitable for our needs, close to local amenities."

"From arrival to departure the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself had everything I needed, was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was quiet and not too far from the centre. All in all I was very happy with my choice of hotel in Linz."

"Absolute great hotel , originally a school and you can see in the architecture of the hotel. Really central . Very well furnished almost new."

"We stayed for a short night (after a long drive) in Sleeep Hotel. We had a basic but confortable room for a good sleep. Self check in was new to us, but it was easy to do. Self check in can be very flexible when you are unsure about your arrival time in a long journey. You can have a good kebap/pizza and/or beer in the buildin next door till late. There is also a supermarket in the building (ground floor), which was useful in the morning before we continued our journey."

"The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast ist outstanding and the value of the place is great!! Loved our stay!!"

"Great stay, easy check-in, clean, great breakfast."

"Sehr angenehmes Personal"

"Lovely hosts, we were early to book in and we were shown to our room, which we hadn't expected We dined in the restaurant and the venison was cooked to perfection. We were above the outdoor restaurant which was a little noisy when back in our room but that was our only negative. "

"Breakfast good, sauna nice, gym available. TV and rooms a bit dated."

"Nice parking option and very walkable to old town across the Danube."
