"Wonderful boutique hotel (formerly the home and studio of renowned Peruvian artist Victor Delfin, whose art is still prominent in the building. Well situated in the Barranco district, with lots of good restaurants nearby. Recommended!"

"It was a good affordable place to stay right at the end of our trip!"

"Nice friendly staff. Clean room. Building interior was a bit rundown. Excellent stay for the price. Great neighborhood. 5 minutes to the ocean malecon."

"This is the worst place I have always been and I thinks it should be removed from the Orbitz platform. "

"So, great location, very comfortable apartment. Several clubs downstairs and across the street. Steady thumping until three AM. This is definitely not a hotel. When you arrive you are on your own. The front desk employees are not working for Primera Parada, but do their very best to help guests. Communication with Primera Parada was non existent. We got locked out, because the box on front door's battery died. Tried to contact through hotels.com, the company never got back with us. Again the...

"Best hotel I have stayed at in Peru! (I stayed at many) The staff was so helpful and generous. The room was clean and comfy. The roof top patio for breakfast (and a little evening wine) was great! Breakfast is good and they will make your eggs the way you want. Close to everything! Lots of restaurants. A must stay in Peru!"

"This hotel is located in a traditional house of the old Lima. It is beautifully kept. The staff is incredible. Ice and helpful. The breakfast excellent with local produce, fresh fruits, marmalades and other dishes. A real pleasure to wake up to that every day. We took as a rage a couple times of the rooftop with cocktails and a light meal. The location is great in the heart of the bohemian Barranco neighborhoods The room was extremely spacious and the shower water pressure excellent. We will...

"The staff is excellent. The hotel is centrally located steps away from Larcomar shopping and walkable to Barranco. "

"Good hotel, at one edge of Miraflores tho that was an advantage getting to San Isidro and Barranco. Great staff"

"I can’t say enough good things about this property. From the room to the property upkeep itself to the amazing service, it was an incredible experience. Though I have to say, what stance out above and beyond any hotel we stayed in Peru during our weekday, it was the breakfast. A 3-course meal with multiple options of Peruvian cuisine in addition to some American choice, it was truly impressive. The neighborhood was easily walkable, safe, and in the heart of activity. Staying at this property was...

"This place is an absolute gem! Great location between the Miraflores and Barranco neighborhoods. However, what I loved was that this felt like a bed and breakfast that you'd find in a more remote setting. Erika gave us a generous amount of time and attention, and her tips made our stay in Lima all the better!"

"The staff are outstanding and so friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my time at the hotel. Gracias."

"The breakfast buffet was superb. It was on the rooftop restaurant on the 13th floor. They take orders for omelettes any way you like them."

"Very safe area, 4 mins walk to Larcomar mall. The breakfast was a great addition and the place was serene and quiet from the hustle and bustle from the city outside. The staff were kind and helpful."

"All of the staff were great! Alejandro at the front desk was really great! He’s very kind, attentive, patient and always greets me with a smile, which I appreciated. The cleaning staff was great as well, met all of my requests. Room service was great, food was delicious. The hotel is beautiful! Yohan from the outdoor bar, Circa was very attentive and nice. Overall GREAT HOTEL!!!! "
