"The hospitality at the W in Sentosa is unmatched! The breakfast was absolutely incredible and our experience couldn’t have been any better. The shuttle around Sentosa island was an added bonus and we even used the bus to VivoCity. Nana was one of the highlights of our stay, my kids looked forward to seeing her every morning. Thank you for making our stay in Singapore an unforgettable one!"

"A good room and hotel for my stay as I commute between Sentosa where my gig was and the hotel. Very continent especially from car parking straight to the room. Two complimentary car parking coupons were offered for my stay. I’ll be back ."

"Great location in Singapore. Close to food and anything you need. Excellent customer service. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Wish I had gotten some of the “special “ employees’ names so I could compliment them personally but everyone that worked there was great! I highly recommend this hotel when in Singapore."

"Sofitel Hotel’s service excellent and have been staying at the hotel whenever coming to Singapore for business trip. "

"Room was large and comfortable with great amenities. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Location on Sentosa was perfect, with bus and cable car locations very near to the hotel. Views from all over the hotel were stunning. Great pool area. Lots to do right at the hotel, but the island is home to many entertaining options."

"Convenient location close to hawker centers and Chinatown! Clean rooms and practical common area with sparkling water and biscuits. Would recommend it to anyone seeking to explore Singapore by foot. The only „strange“‘detail is the absence of hand soap by the sink. "

"Upscale hotel situated in Downtown Singapore. Room was super clean & spacious. Also, located nearby Tanjong Pagar MRT which enables easy & seamless commute anywhere. Staff also very helpful. Will definitely consider to stay again on my next visit. Highly recommended."

"Just had an amazing staycation at The Laurus! There was an understated elegance to the furnishings and the suite layout was just perfect. Appreciated the complimentary minibar and the thoughtful amenities (most comfortable bedroom slippers I have ever had in a hotel!) "free transportation to sentosa center is maintained at an efficient manner; staff (entrance/front desk/cleaning) are polite. "

"Hotel service and room are very good"

"Incredible hotel in the heart of Sentosa. Food at all restaurants surpassed expectation with the exception of breakfast which lacked ambience and service. Rooms are well appointed, modern with exceptional bedding. Missing some ammenities and service but i would expect this is due to the villa style of villa rooms. "
