"Very helpful staff and property is located at central Kofu."

"If you’re ever in Kofu, this is the place to stay! Just a short 10 min walk from Kofu Station. Room was large and spacious, super clean. Seemed very new and modern with a nice touch of Japanese style living room. Beds were very comfortable. A/c worked great! Service was amazing, they helped us with our luggage and had it ready in our room when we checked in. Check-in was simple on an iPad (no receptionists). Can definitely reccomend! "

"A very functional stay, but there is clear attention paid to the details. The service was excellent, and the included breakfast was tasty. This was good for a simple sleep before a hike"

"This hotel is about 36 km from fujikawaguchiko station. It is showcase as a near location to the main town but make sure you arrived early to reach to the place otherwise you will be stuck at the station. "

"Perfect! Very nice hotel, the owner greeted every guest personally and everything was super nice. Very lovely onsen and great views from the roof."

"Stayed here on a family holiday in 2 double rooms. Convenient location as we were driving and good value. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with amenities available as required. Dining options are available nearby; the sushi place directly across the road is excellent! Would be happy to recommend to others who would like a slightly unusual place to stay "

"Very classy hotel with excellent service. Stayed for one night and had 6-course western dinner which was very good. The outdoor spa gets full view of Mt Fuji. Fully deserved of 5-star review. "

"Their customer service is exceptional, our room was large and the private onsen was also very large. The kaiseki dinner was fabulous! We have been to many ryokan and would rate this the best value."

"非常に気きれいで静かなホテルです。コンテナハウスの面白い作りになってますが、 普通のホテルと変わりない部屋ですね。 駐車場も目の前にあり安心です。 ただ周りに歩いて行ける飲食店が少ないです。"

"Room was very clean. Staff very helpful. A little isolated but a really nice stay"

"Charming old school hotel on the shores of Lake Shoji - the most unspoilt of the Fuji five lakes. It was cloudy so no mountain view, but a great dinner made up for it."

"Each room is an individual stand-alone container. Brand new facility and very clean/spacious for Japanese standard room. Cool thing is 7-11 is located immediately across the street (30 metres away)"
