Besides the fact that the whole Montclar area won our hearts as we cycled through it, we have to commend the friendliness of the owners, the top-grade food served for dinner, and the delightful chalet-style setting. "What a beautiful find on our way up to the Alps! Hidden in a picturesque garrison village, this little hotel was the perfect place to rest after a long drive across France. The hosts were as friendly and charming as could be. Dinner was amazing, they even offered to keep some food for us if we arrived later than we had planned. Breakfast was fresh with local cheese and jam. The rooms are simple, but very clean and comfortable. The rooms were very large and plenty of storage. Parking was safe...
