The location is very convenient and close to promenade and a few restaurants. There is parking available for a fee, which is convenient if during the high season. This was an amazing hotel. Despite making the reservation at last minute, were welcomed like old friends with a drink and a lovely snack board. The hostess gave us a very relaxing introduction to amenities whi h were many. There was a shuttle to take us to a wonderful restaurant and then pick us up after. Overall a very pleasant stay.
An unbelievable Gem of a hotel! Your room is literally right on the water! We enjoyed hearing the waves as we fell asleep. Free surface parking and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!!!!
The Hotel is very well located on the centre of Opatija. Rooms and all facilities are excellent. Staff were delight and service was wonderful. Will be our ongoing first choice for future visits to Opatija
It is a "belle époque" hotel in a spa with nice sea view from the balcony. The parks are across the street, promenade along the sea is nearby. The whole facility is renovated and well kept, the cafes and restaurants in working distance. The only remark - the breakfast could be improved.
Nice & clean hotel. No elevator. Good restaurant and excellent beach area. It's not located in Opatija, it's 4 miles from it, and a long walk. But the beach area just in front of the hotel is really nice and not as crazy crowded as Opatija or Lovran. You can really enjoy an have a good time
The service at the front desk is cordial but very basic.
We had a great week at this hotel including my birthday! They made sure you have everythinf you need. The Suite 506 is big enough for a family of 4 and beautiful view of the bay. Room was cleaned every day and enough and fresh towels were brought. Room service is efficient and on time. They do awesome massages (Svitlana) and other face cares (bravo to the manager Melita). Andrea from reception speaks great english and was so helpful. Same goes for kitchen staff. The breakfast buffet delicious....
A very nice old classic 4-star hotel. Beware that if you book a room with a balcony, their balconies differ very much. From very small without any furnitures to spatious with a ”roof” and a table with 2 chairs.
Nice pool and a wonderful area just beside the sea with free sunbeds and parasolls.
Good breakfast with options to order extras (egg dishes, pan cakes and more) from the kitchen without an extra charge.
Very central location with many restaurants within a few minutes walk.
