"The room was huge, beds were comfortable, except the pillows were very high and firm (wokeup with a very stiff neck). The walls were very thin and we heard everything around us until 9:30pm (kids bedtime? kids were running above and next to us) and 6:30am (people moving furniture above us?) VERY LOUD. But great view and fine for the price!"

There was an ample amount of activities to choose from: restaurant choices, spa/relaxing options, shopping, and remarkable rooftop pool. Every single one of the staff members I encountered, from the hotel receptionist, Heidi, to the entire restaurant staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. "Good location for Jeju City, and tour pick ups to explore Jeju island. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive from Jeju airport, so it is very accessible. The nearby area has many shops and restaurants. Check-in was quick and straight forward. The hotel room was spacious, with a very large bed and the air con worked very well.
